Oatmeal muffin recipe

  • 1½ cups oatmeal
  • 1½ cups flour
  • 1 teaspoon baking powder
  • 1 teaspoon cinnamon
  • 1 pinch of salt
  • 1 cup brown sugar
  • 1 egg
  • 1⁄3 cup vegetable oil
  • 1½ cups milk

Mix the dry ingredients together. Add wet ingredients. Mix just enough to get it all wet. Pour into muffin tray and place in a 375°F (190°C) oven for 15-20 minutes. Also nice if you add raisins, or choclate chips.
